Log in to your HHgregg account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Carefully place the product, along with all original manuals, cables, and remotes, into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
